Terms & Licenses
These terms govern your purchase and use of digital artwork from ACID GRID (acidgrid.com), operated by Omer Bumin, Istanbul, Türkiye. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
1. What you're buying
High-resolution digital artwork — image files, delivered as an instant download. These are digital goods; no physical product is shipped. Every edition is sold at a single price ($69 per four-piece set) with the Standard Commercial License included.
2. License
You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the artwork. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the raw file itself (as stock, a download, or an asset pack — free or paid) is not permitted. Rights in the artwork remain with ACID GRID.
Standard Commercial License $69 per set
Included with every edition. Personal use plus use in one commercial project for one business (a website, app, report, campaign, or product), digital and print, up to roughly 500,000 impressions / 5,000 physical units. Non-exclusive; no reselling or sublicensing the file. Need broader rights (unlimited projects, merchandise, exclusivity)? Email hello@acidgrid.com for a custom license.
3. Payment & delivery
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (card — acting as merchant of record) or NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). After successful payment you receive an instant download link and your license by email.
4. Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. If a file is faulty, not as described, or you didn't receive it, please contact us — see our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the artwork for unlawful purposes, or in any way that infringes the rights of others, or in a manner that is defamatory, hateful, or presents the work as your own original creation.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The artwork is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the artwork. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
