Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ACID GRID (operated by Omer Bumin, an individual seller based in Istanbul, Türkiye — "we", "us") handles your information when you visit acidgrid.com and buy our digital art editions. Questions: hello@omrbmn.com.
1. What we collect
- Email address — when you buy, so we can deliver your download and license and send your receipt.
- Order details — the artwork, tier, quantity, amount, date, and a payment reference.
- Technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) via our hosting provider.
We do not collect or store your card details or crypto-wallet keys. Payments are handled by our payment providers (see §3); card and wallet data never reach our servers.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver your artwork and license, and send your receipt;
- To provide customer support;
- To keep records required for accounting and tax.
Where GDPR applies, our legal bases are performing our contract with you (delivering your order) and our legitimate interest in running the store and keeping proper records.
3. Payment providers & other services
We share the minimum data needed with:
- Dodo Payments — our card checkout and merchant of record. When you pay by card, Dodo processes the payment and acts as the seller of record under its own terms and privacy policy.
- NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments.
- Netlify — hosts the website and delivers the site; our downloadable files are served from private storage.
- Google (Gmail) — used to send transactional emails (your download link, license, and receipt).
These providers process data under their own policies. We do not sell your data to anyone.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order and email records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data (see §5), subject to records we must keep by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@omrbmn.com and we will respond.
6. Cookies & tracking
The store itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment providers may set their own cookies on their checkout pages during a purchase, under their policies.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the current version.
